AMD Radeon RX 7900XT graphics card will get 24 GB of memory and three 8-pin power connectors (up to 450 W of power)

Resource Igor’s LAB shared an image of the PCB for the yet unreleased video graphics card.

As expected, it will be equipped with AMD Navi 31 GPU based on RDNA3 architecture containing 7 chipsets.

Judging by the image, the AMD Radeon RX 7900XT is powered by three 8-pin power connectors, which indicates a maximum power of 450 watts.

This doesn’t rule out AMD using 16-pin 12VHPWR headers, but there’s no confirmation of that yet. The card is equipped with 21 voltage converters.

According to Igor’s LAB, the AMD Radeon RX 7900XT contains 24 GB of GDDR6 memory.

Memory chips are located on three sides of the GPU in groups of four chips. The device has four connectors for connecting monitors: three DisplayPort and one HDMI.

There is no information about the supported standard, but most likely at the moment, it is DisplayPort 2.0 and HDMI 2.1.

The AMD Radeon RX 7900XT is rumored to have a full Navi 31 GPU with 12288 stream processors. The GPU supposedly includes one GCD (Graphics Die) and six MCDs (Memory dies).

One MCD is expected to provide up to 96 MB of Infinity Cache memory.
