First of Five Weird West Journeys Now Free on Steam
At the end of March, Wolf Eye studio and Devolver Digital publishing house released the role-playing western Weird West. And since then, the creators of the game have been actively working to improve it, based on community feedback.
Over the past six months, developers have improved progress by completely reworking role-playing systems and debugging the balance of the economy. Secondary locations have been made more diverse in terms of random encounters and loot.

An alternative aiming system has been added, the artificial intelligence of companions has been improved, and the interface has been redesigned – now a reputation tracker has been added to it. There is also a new game mode in which the stakes are as high as possible: death is final and irreversible.

In order to show all the improvements to the widest possible audience of players, WolfEye Studio made the first trip, Bounty Hunter Journey, free. For reference: there are five such trips in Weird West. And this part of the game will remain free forever.
The owners of Weird West have already responded to the work done. If at first, te game’s rating on Steam was 73%, then recently it has risen to 87%.
