The OLED display of the HONOR Magic V is 6.45 inches diagonally and has a 21:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone features a waterdrop-shaped notch hinge, and when unfolded, it reveals an ultra-wide screen that measures 7.9 inches.

The panel is capable of displaying up to 1.07 billion different colours and supports the DCI-P3 colour gamut to 100%. When playing video games or viewing movies, the seamless playback of action-packed sequences can be ensured with a screen refresh rate of up to 120 hertz.
A high-strength titanium alloy, zirconium, and carbon fibre are used in the construction of the housing.

The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 5G processor powers the world’s first foldable smartphone, which is also the first smartphone of its kind. Adreno GPU benchmarks indicate that the performance of the processor has improved by thirty percent in comparison to the performance of processors from the previous generation. The new flagship also has an updated Magic UI 6.0 shell using Magic Liv artificial intelligence algorithms.
