Resident Evil 4 remake

Initially, Resident Evil 4 appeared in 2005 and was a great success among gamers. The fourth part of RE has established itself as one of the classics of the survival horror genre. The game successfully combines elements of action and resource management. These elements had a strong influence on the future RE series of games.

The PlayStation Blog says that RE 4 Remake is being developed by Capcom. According to the game company, a remake of the game is needed to achieve a modern quality suitable for the survival horror genre in ’23. The remake will be a reimagining of the game’s storyline.

The creators do not plan to drastically deviate from the original essence of the game, but only improve the graphics and update some of the mechanics. In recent years, Capcom has already released remakes of previous RE2 and RE3 titles. RE4 Remake’s main story is expected to be unaffected.

The game will take place after the events of the second part, as it was in the original version of RE4. After the destruction of Raccoon City, the surviving Leon Kennedy is recruited by the US government. Leon is then sent to a European village to rescue the president’s daughter from kidnappers. But upon arriving at the place, Leon learns that something is happening to the villagers. And so begins a merciless rescue mission.
