Migos rapper Takeoff dies in Houston shooting

 

In Houston (Texas) at a party in one of the bowling clubs, which was attended by members of the rap group Migos, they opened fire, one person was killed, and two more were injured, AP reports, citing police.

The department did not specify the identity of the victim. They only stated that it was a young black man, about 20 years old, who was mortally wounded in the head and neck.

TMZ, citing sources in law enforcement and witnesses, writes that this is one of the members of the group – 28-year-old Kershnik Kari Bolle, better known under the stage name Takeoff. The Onsmash portal also writes about this.

According to TMZ, the incident took place on the night of November 1, when Takeoff was playing dice with another member of the band, rapper Quavo (real name Quavius ​​Keyate Marshall), who is Bolla’s uncle. Takeoff died on the spot from his wounds. Who exactly opened fire is still unknown.

Bolle was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia in 1994. In 2008, they, along with Marshall and Chiari’s cousin Kendrell Sifus (better known as Offset), united in the musical trio Polo Club. Three years later, the group was renamed Migos. In 2013, the band released its first hit, Versace.
